Our summer kitchens are usually constructed using a block concrete base and a custom polished
concrete countertop. Your choice of any color, thickness, surface aggregate or shape you can
imagine. Drop in grills > range from $900 to $10,000 dollars. Depending on quality and budget
we’ll help you choose the best product. Access doors are made of 304 stainless with welded
corners and the sinks are stainless under-mounts.

warming trays, searing stations, coolers, plate stations and any other kitchen peripheral you can
imagine
Sifting through all the grills manufacturers can be quite a chore. Grills come in 3 different classes
"A, B & C". Class A: grills being manufacturers like DCS, Viking, Wolf, Napoleon & a few others.
Class B: grill manufacturers are Lazyman, Alfresco, Weber and many others. Class C grills are
typically made with thinner gauge metal and manufactured and sold with names like Charmglow,
Broil King, Char Broil and many others. Class C grills are usually >sold through chain stores like
Lowes, Home Depot Sam's Club or many other retail locations.
