In 1984 a small painting business in San Diego was started.
Using the "Under Promise & Over Deliver" approach It became successful. I was very lucky to
start working with such very talented designers, one in particular "Marsha Paine, ASID". This is
when my business developed a very custom style.
In 1991, the move to Fort Lauderdale, Fl. then on to Sebastian in 2006' along Florida's treasure
coast. DCC was formed specifically with the focus on all the aspects of decorative concrete I
truly enjoy. (Concrete creations & the coatings for them). With all my coatings experience the one
bit of information that would prove helpful is concrete counters knowledge. So, it was back to
California to for some specialty training under the guidance of concrete counter-top and concrete
creations Guru "Fu Tung Cheng". among others.
Concrete counters, decorative concrete & epoxy floor systems all share the same quality from my
perspective in that they aren't accidents, yet works of art!
